TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering Real Estate Media Services (photos and video) from Go Texas Productions, LLC you agree to the following Service Agreement for Digital Media.
Limited Licensing Release:
Media items delivered are licensed to the “licensee” for the sole purpose of listing a property for sale or lease, including short-term rentals. Media may be used on MLS and for use on the licensee’s business websites and social media accounts.
License use is for the term of the listing.
Photos or videos may be used for your print and digital “sold” marketing materials.
Only the licensee has permission to use the delivered media on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property.
Builders, stagers, designers, publications, or other “third parties” that wish to use media produced by us must contact Go Texas Productions, LLC directly for licensing and fees. In addition, a property release must be obtained from the homeowner by that third party.
As the "licensee" you are granted permission to make your own social media clips and reels with your images.
Media will not be made available to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing without permission by Go Texas Productions, LLC and payment by a new “licensee.”
Unauthorized use of media is a copyright violation according to Copyright Act 17 U.S.C § 106, and will result in the termination of this contract.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Go Texas Productions, LLC retains all copyrights expressed and implied otherwise for all media produced.
Copyright will not be transferred to any other party.
